30 Minute Morning Flow

Sunrise yoga

A Vinyasa-style class that uses a flowing sequence of poses that change with each breath to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.

The class begins with breathing exercises, followed by a flow, and ends with deep relaxation.

  • Gentle morning flow

    This sequence may include a warm-up with gentle mobilizing movements or isometric contractions, followed by poses that use pressing actions into the ground to strengthen and warm up the muscles.

  • Dynamic morning flow

    This class may begin with a standing warm-up that includes side bends, forward folds, twists, and cat/cows.

    The main sequence may include chair, warrior II, extended side angle, reverse warrior, triangle, and revolved triangle poses
